PIXTURE Market Creator Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Creator" refers to a registered wallet address approved to propose prediction game questions on the PIXTURE platform. "Deposit" refers to the required JAY token amount sent to the team wallet when submitting a proposal. "Share" refers to the portion of platform fees distributed to creators upon successful market settlement.

2. Eligibility

To become a Creator, you must apply through the designated Discord channel and be approved by the PIXTURE team. Approval is at the sole discretion of the team. You must maintain an active status and comply with these terms at all times.

3. Proposal Requirements

• Questions must be clear, unambiguous, and objectively resolvable.
• You must provide verifiable resolution criteria and a credible source URL.
• Questions must not violate any applicable laws or community guidelines.
• Maximum 3 pending proposals at any time; maximum 10 per week.

4. Deposit

Each proposal requires a deposit of 500 JAY sent to the team wallet. The deposit is fully refundable upon approval and successful settlement of the market. If a proposal is rejected, the deposit is returned in full. If a market is voided due to creator fault, 50% of the deposit may be slashed.

5. Revenue Share

Creators earn a share of the platform fees generated by their markets. The share rate is determined by creator level (Level 1: 0.5%, Level 2: 0.6% of valid betting volume). Share payments are subject to minimum bettor requirements and wash-trading filters.

6. Prohibited Content

• Questions involving violence, harassment, or illegal activity.
• Questions that could be manipulated by the creator (insider knowledge).
• Questions with subjective or unverifiable outcomes.
• Questions containing hate speech, discrimination, or NSFW content.

7. Suspension and Termination

Two or more voided markets result in a 30-day suspension. Four or more fault-voided markets result in permanent suspension. The PIXTURE team reserves the right to suspend or terminate any creator at any time for violations of these terms.

8. Self-Betting

Creators may bet on their own markets, but bets from the creator's registered wallet are excluded from the share calculation. If self-betting exceeds 40% of total volume, the share may be flagged for manual review.

9. Liability

PIXTURE is a prediction game platform. Participation involves risk. The platform and its operators are not liable for any losses incurred through participation. All predictions are for entertainment purposes.

10. Amendments

These terms may be updated at any time. Creators will be notified of material changes. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
